Pressure Relief Sustaining Valve -- VG-3-1-5-C
The pressure relief / holding / back pressure valve maintains pressure in the upstream line. It is a diaphragm valve that is hydraulically controlled and controlled by a pressure regulator that senses the pressure at the input of the valve through a Pilot regulator to control the opening and closing of the valve. When the input pressure exceeds the set value, the valve opens quickly to maintain the pressure in the line. After the pressure is released, the valve is slowly closed to prevent the impact.
